HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering from us is simple and straightforward. Place your items in the basket using the 'Add to basket' button, you can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the basket icon at the top of the screen. When you are finished just click the checkout button in the basket window and follow the instructions. Please note: for all purchases made online there is a minimum order value of £5 which includes FREE UK delivery.
HOW DO I PAY BY INVOICE?
This couldn't be easier, simply place your order as described above, but on the 'Confirm Your Order' page you will be asked how you want to pay. Simply select Pay By Invoice, you will be given an opportunity to supply an order reference if you want to and that's it!
CAN I HAVE A PRINTED CATALOGUE?
Absolutely! Call 0800 32 54 54 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll post one out to you.
ARE WE ABLE TO PUT OUR OWN SCHOOL LOGO ONTO PERSONALISED ITEMS?
Yes we can do this for you, if you are ordering from the website and designing your own item then you can simply upload your logo directly into the product personaliser, we recommend saving your logo as a transparent .png file, the bigger it is the better. JPEG and GIF formats are also OK.
HOW CAN I PAY
ONLINE PAYMENT: Payment can be taken using credit and debit cards in our secure payment area. Goods will only be despatched once payment is cleared. PAYING BY INVOICE. Schools, Businesses and Organisations are welcome to pay by invoice. Simply use the 'Pay by Invoice' button after you check out. Before despatching any goods we may contact you for further information
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
FREE Standard Service: Orders received by 4.00pm will be despatched by 1st class post the next working day. Speed Service (UK orders only) - Orders received by 2pm will be despatched by 1st class post the same working day. Cost £5.15 Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK orders only) - Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day, guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day. Some exceptions for outlying areas. Goods must be signed for on arrival. Cost £9.35 Please note for non-UK orders, we may need to add a small additional charge to cover extra postage costs.
HOW CAN I RETURN AND ITEM FOR A REFUND?

No. Brainwaves products are designed inhouse for exclusive sale by us. All designs are Copyright of Brainwaves and must not be reproduced.

ARE MIXED SIZED STICKERS ON SEPARATE SHEETS?
No, 36mm stickers are interspersed with 15mm stickers. See product MG17 for an example.
