We're pleased to announce the launch of our new website!
It's a complete replacement to the old site which, while it served us well, was getting a bit behind the times. The new site is much faster, mobile friendly so it'll work properly on any device, has a new product personaliser and comes with some new features which we hope you'll find useful!
Reward Points: We wanted to find a way to reward our many loyal customers. So now, once you have registered for an account you will earn Reward Points with every order, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
Easier Re-ordering: Registered customers now have the option to return to their previous orders and re-order part or all of it. (This includes personalised items, more on that later).
One-Click Ordering: Our best time-saving option becomes available if you have an account with us and at least one saved address and one saved payment card (card details are not stored by us, Sage Pay, our payment gateway provider securely stores them on their servers). If you have all of the above you'll be able to buy any item on the site with a single click, no more checkouts!
Currency Conversion: For our international customers we've added the option to automatically estimate the cost in US Dollars and Euros. We've also added the option to view prices with or without VAT included.
Product Personaliser: As I mentioned earlier the personaliser has had a major overhaul, now your designs are saved (if you have an account) so you can come back to them, edit them and re-order them in future without having to start from scratch every time! You can also upload your own logos in jpeg and png format and see them on your design before ordering. Personalised Pens and Pencils have changed too, now you can add your names/text right on the page when ordering without having to email your list of words to us separately.
