Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" then fill in the details that we need to be able to proceed with your order. All fields marked with a red * are compulsory fill in fields, as this information is necessary to complete your order.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. If you are ordering from a School and delivery is to the School, as long as you are registered against the School Address you have the option of a School Invoice.
For credit card security purposes, please ensure that if you pay by credit or debit card that you enter the cardholder's home address details in the invoice address section. You may still have the order sent to your school address by specifying a different delivery address.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing (1st Class Royal Mail) is FREE when you spend over £10.00 on the website & request delivery to a UK mainland address. Orders under £10.00 on the website, or if you are placing an order over the phone, fax or email and requesting a School invoice, an additional £3.25 will be added.
You can get a quote for postage to Europe by adding your order to the basket and choosing your delivery country.
V.A.T
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included. Orders from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT and this is deducted from your order.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cancellation of Orders
You are free to cancel your order at any time up to and including 7 days after delivery of your order. Please contact us before returning any products. Any items returned non-faulty must be adequately packaged and returned to us in re-saleable condition for a full refund or replacement.

Please note FREE items are at the discretion of PTS and if we feel this has been 'abused' we reserve the right to not send out FREE items.
Personalised Products
We reserve the right not to print personalised products which contain images or wording which we deem could be offensive.

Orders that qualify for FREE delivery
You can take advantage of FREE delivery when your order is over £10.00, delivered to a UK address and placed on our website.
An additional £3.25 delivery charge will be added for all orders under £10.00, or if you are placing an invoice order by phone, fax or email.

If your order is being delivered to mainland UK, it will be despatched for FREE by GUARANTEED Next Working Day Delivery.
If your order weighs 6kg or more, and is being delivered to Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands, any postcode areas listed below, or UK offshore islands, there will be an additional postage charge. You can get a quote for postage by logging into the website, adding your order to the basket and setting your delivery address at the checkout.

If you are outside of the UK
We are unable to offer free delivery to addresses outside of the UK due to the prices charged by couriers. You can get a quote for postage by logging into the website, adding your order to the basket and setting your delivery country on the basket screen. Postage charges and other shipping methods will be shown on the basket screen. We only deliver to the UK and Europe.
UK Orders for standard products
Orders less than 6kgs in weight - If you place you order before 3.30pm Monday to Friday your order will be packed the same working day and leave us by Royal Mail that evening. (Excludes personalised orders, please see below).
Orders more than 6kgs in weight - If you place you order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday your order will be packed the same working day and be delivered the next working day by a courier service. (Excludes personalised orders, please see below).
UK Orders for personalised products
All orders that contain personalised products take a a few working days extra, as these products are made especially for you. The extra working days are shown below for the different personalised products:
